Corvette-Style 58 PSI Filter/Regulator — LS Swap (Includes AN-6 Adapters)
The simplest path to a return-less LS: regulate to ~58 PSI at the tank, run a single AN-6 feed to the rail, and send excess fuel right back to the tank. This unit combines a fixed-pressure regulator and EFI filter in one body and ships with AN-6 adapters for all three ports (IN, OUT, RETURN) for clean, leak-free plumbing.
- ✅ Fixed ~58 PSI for Gen III/IV LS
- ✅ IN / OUT / RETURN clearly labeled
- ✅ Includes -6 AN adapters (all ports)
- ✅ Ideal for return-less layouts
- ✅ Mounts near tank to reduce heat & noise
How it plumbs (return-less)
- Pump → IN (on this filter/regulator).
- OUT → Rail feed (single AN-6 line to engine bay).
- RETURN → Tank (short return line at the rear).
Specs & guidance
- Base pressure: ~58 PSI (typical Gen III/IV LS)
- Ports: IN / OUT / RETURN — supplied with -6 AN ends
- Native Corvette QC sizes: 3/8″ feed/outlet, 5/16″ return
- Placement: mount near the tank on the frame; follow arrow for flow direction
- Filtration: Use a ≤10 µm EFI filter. For stock/near-stock flow, see our Factory-Style Inline Filter Kit (AN-6); for higher flow, shop the Fuel Filters collection.
- Fuel compatibility: gasoline; confirm element choice if running E85

FAQs
Is this the right choice for my LS?
Yes for most Gen III/IV return-less swaps targeting ~58 PSI. It simplifies plumbing and keeps the bay clean. If you run a very large pump or big boost, step up to a true return-style regulator.
Where should I mount it?
Near the tank on the frame rail. Keep lines supported with cushioned clamps and protected from heat/road debris. Follow the arrow for flow direction.
What hose size?
Most swaps use -6 AN feed to the rail. Planning future power? Consider a larger feed or a return-style regulator to increase bypass capacity.
