- Thread size: M14 × 1.5 or M16 × 1.5 (metric straight thread, positive-seal O-ring)

Where these adapters shine
- FG12-series sending units → convert metric O-ring ports to AN for PTFE hose plumbing.

- Filter/regulator service when standardizing to AN across the system.
Install tips:
- Confirm your sending unit’s port is female metric O-ring and verify size: M14×1.5 or M16×1.5 (use a pitch gauge).
- Lightly oil the O-ring. Thread the adapter in by hand to avoid cross-threading; tighten until the O-ring seats. Do not over-torque.
- On the AN side, use PTFE AN hose ends (choose AN-6 or AN-8 to match).
- Pressure-test after assembly. For EFI systems, run a 10 micron or finer (≤10 μm) pressure-side filter.
Important: For fuel system use. Not for brake or power steering circuits.
